2.1 Delivery Areas & Times

  • We ship to bars and restaurants across the UK.

  • Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from the order confirmation.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on business days will be processed the same day.


2.2 Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £300 (excluding VAT).

  • Orders below £300 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of £15.

  • Expedited shipping rates vary based on location and order size.


2.3 Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

2.4 Delivery Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@thinkdrinks.co.uk.

  • In the case of damaged or missing items, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence.


3. Returns & Refunds Policy



3.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Perishable or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.


3.2 Return Process

  • Approved returns should be sent to: Think Drinks Ltd, Martland Park, Unit 2 Hillridge Rd, Wigan WN5 0LS.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


3.3 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


3.4 Exchanges


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
